Delivery
Amanita-Shop only ships to countries and regions where delivery and possession of the ordered products are permitted.
Available delivery methods may vary depending on the recipient's country, shipment weight, dimensions and current carrier offers.
Depending on the delivery location, your order may be shipped via, among others:
- InPost,
- DPD,
- postal operator,
- another carrier available for a given country.
The exact available delivery methods and costs are displayed in the shopping cart or when placing an order after entering the country and delivery address.
Cash on delivery is not available. All orders require payment in advance.
International shipping
The cost of international shipping depends primarily on the recipient's country, the package's weight, dimensions, and the selected carrier. Therefore, shipping prices may vary between countries.
If no shipping method is available for your selected country, it means that the store does not currently ship to that region or that your order requires prior contact.
The customer is responsible for checking whether the purchase, possession and import of the product complies with the regulations in force in the recipient's country.
The store may refuse to process an order or cancel it before shipment if delivery would violate any laws, carrier restrictions, or regulations in the destination country. In such cases, the amount paid will be refunded via the appropriate payment method.
Order processing time
Orders are prepared for shipping once payment has been received. Estimated processing and delivery times may vary depending on product availability, recipient country, selected shipping method, and carrier performance.
The estimated delivery date provided by the carrier is approximate. Delays resulting from customs inspections, official activity, holidays, unforeseen events, or carrier action may extend the delivery time.
Customs and tax fees
For international shipments, the customer may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other fees applicable in the recipient's country.
Unless otherwise specified when placing your order, additional import fees are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Payments
The store only accepts prepaid payments. Available payment methods are displayed during the ordering process.
Depending on your country, currency and current store configuration, you may be able to find options including:
- card payment,
- electronic payment via a payment operator,
- PayPal,
- other methods available at the store checkout.
The order is accepted for processing after correct payment confirmation.
In the event of an unsuccessful, declined or unconfirmed payment, your order may remain unpaid or be automatically canceled.
Currency and conversions
The order price is charged in the currency displayed during the order process. If the customer's card or account is denominated in a different currency, the bank or payment processor may apply their own exchange rate and charge an additional conversion fee.
